This is a much-loved private home offering everything required to make a holiday here a special experience. The villa is comfortable and inviting as well as being well-equipped. Large glass doors in the living room and dining room open onto a delightful covered dining terrace outside. The garden has an abundance of plants and greenery of all sizes with two gorgeous olive trees framing the lovely distant view to the hilltop village of Gassin.
On the lower terrace is a private swimming pool with a separate seating area and sunbeds for eight. This is easy summer living at its best, dipping in and out of the pool, bathing in the sunshine or dining in the shade.

The Villa is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the wealth of local hilltop villages, visit the plethora of small vineyards, soak up the chic atmosphere of St Tropez, absorb the quaint charm of Port Grimaud, the old village of Grimaud, with it’s castle ruins, or to simply spend a day at the beach.
The famous Pampelonne beach with all its well-known restaurants such as Club 55 is within easy reach as well. The twice-weekly market in Cogolin and St Tropez is also a must.
